NC will correct past mistakes-leader KC

Sankhu, Dec 8 : Nepali Congress (NC) leader Arjun Narsingh KC has said the party would move ahead mending past mistakes.

Addressing the third convention of Nepal Press Union Kathmandu Sankhu chapter today, leader KC stressed the need to establish new history by correcting weaknesses within the party.

He further said the government was not moving to the right path of development while assessing its performance during nine months. He also chided government for its recent move to stifle free press and citizens’ access to information.

The convention has elected a 11-member committee under the leadership of Gaurinath Shrestha.

Also present on the occasion were NC leaders Laxman Ghimire, Deepak Kuinkel, Kul Chandra Wagle, Murari Kumar Sharma, Lokesh Dhakal, Upendra Karki and among others.
