KATHMANDU, March 7: The relief quota teachers have withdrawn the ongoing protest after forging consensus with the government.

A three-point agreement has been signed in the presence of secretary at the Ministry of Education Khagraj Baral and Nepal Teachers Association chairman Baburam Thapa.

Nepal Relief Teachers Central Struggle Committee chairman Khemraj Adhikari, shared that they agreed to stop the protest as they reached to the conclusion of removing the age bar to the relief quota teachers for contesting for permanent position at one time, among others. RSS
