President Carter Nepal’s dear friend admitted to hospital

WASHINGTON: 39th President of the United States and a dear friend of Nepal Jimmy Carter has been admitted to the hospital.

International news has stated that the former US President was admitted to South Georgia hospital for a urinary tract infection.

Last Wednesday, Carter was admitted to the Emory University Hospital, Atlanta and had undergone surgery in the brain.

President Carter has been a frequent visitor to Nepal. The Carter Center in Nepal played a phenomenal role in conflict resolution, election monitoring and propagating peace during the conflict era.
