NC demands action against perpetrators of Baitadi incident

Kathmandu, Feb. 12th : Nepali Congress (NC) has demanded action against the perpetrators involved in the rape and subsequent murder of adolescent girl Bhagarathi Bhatta of Baitadi. The main opposition party has expressed disappointment for not carrying out punitive action against the perpetrators on part of the government.

Issuing a press release today, NC Spokesperson Biswo Prakash Sharma demanded the Prime Minster to expedite the investigation of the incident, arrest the perpetrators without any delay and make effective the state mechanisms against all such criminal incidents.
