Capacity expansion of Myagdi district hospital
Babiyachaur (Myagdi), March 2: The capacity of Myagdi district hospital based in headquarters Beni has been expanded.
The 15-bed capacity of the hospital has been expanded to 50-bed. The addition of necessary vacancies and physical infrastructure development are under process as per the decision of the Health Ministry as a preparation of the expansion of hospital’s capacity.
District Public Health Officer Narayan Prasad Chaudhary shared that the Ministry has arranged total 69 technical human resources of different levels including 10 doctors.
The vacancy fulfillment process has started. Earlier there was the quota of two doctors. Necessary works on infrastructure development have also started as per the plan of expanding hospital’s existing capacity to 50 beds.
