Chinese Mgmt kicks out Nepali worker for talking with Japanese owner
Kualampur, Malaysia: A Nepali worker lost his job recently for talking to his head Japanese boss. Dilip Rai lost his job after the Chinese run management of his company Hart Packing found out that Rai had talked with the Japanese owner of the company when the latter was in Malaysia some months ago.
Rai, a Lamjung resident and a Japanese speaker was recruited by the company around one year ago on a three year contract basis.
