Nepalese in S Korea assist Cancer patient in Nepal



Seoul, South Korea: A group of Nepalese working here recently collected funds for a Nepali cancer victim in Nepal.  The Nepal Gorkha Parivar (NGP) collected a sum of 1 lakh, 25 thousand, and three hundreds for the treatment of Gorkha resident Purna Bahadur Magar.

Magar a resident of Bungkot-3, Gorkha was not able to treat his cancer due to shortage of financial resources and on knowing this president of  patient deprived of treatment, Treasurer of NGP Purna Bahadur Magar and other officials of the organisation had collected donations for Magar’s treatment.

Former advisors of the organisation   and Beni Jyoti Guvhaju handed down the amount to Magar during their recent visit to Nepal from South Korea.

The duo handed down the amount to Magar’s relative by personally visiting him at the Bharatpur Cancer Hospital in Chitwan.
