Nepali migrant worker stabs another Nepali to death in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI: A Nepali migrant worker in Abu Dhabi of United Arab Emirates (UAE) has murdered his fellow Nepali worker over a minor dispute. Chandra Bahadur Thapa, 46, of Sandhikharka of Arghakhanchi district was stabbed to death by Yek Bahadur Basyal, 40, of Divarna of the same district.

Both Thapa and Basyal were working in All Husam General Contracting Company. The minor dispute between the roommates regarding switching off an electric bulb took a nasty turn ultimately resulting in the death of Thapa. It is said that Thapa died on the spot due to excessive bleeding after drunkard Basyal stabbed thrice in different parts of the stomach while Thapa was asleep.

Deceased Thapa’s son is also working in the same region. Thapa is survived by a wife, son and daughter. Abu Dhabai police has arrested murderer Basyal for actions.
