Amalachaur Alumni Association inaugurated in London
LONDON: Nepal’s Education Minister Dinanath Sharma inaugurated the Amalachaur Alumni Association in London organized by the NRN UK chapter. Currently, Sharma is in the UK to take part in the World Education Forum.
The former students of Prithvi Higher Secondary School of Amalachaur, Baglung district, had formed the alumni. The current education minister who served for long as a teacher in different schools in Baglung also played a crucial role for establishment of Prithvi Higher Secondary School. Minister Sharma is also a permanent resident of Amalachaur of Baglung.
On the occasion, Sharma praised the roles of the former students for their contribution to the school.
Spokesperson of NRN ICC Dr Hemraj Sharma, Nepalese Ambassador to UK Dr Suresh Raj Chalise, social worker Dr Raghab Dhital and others expressed their opinions. During the program, Minister Sharma inaugurated a web portal of the alumni.
