Prez endorses crime control ordinance

KATHMANDU: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav today endorsed the Anti-organized Crime Control Ordinance. After the endorsement of the ordinance, Nepal would not be blacklisted for its failure to make laws to curb the organized crime control. Earlier, the President Office had kept the ordinance saying that no ordinance would be endorsed sans political consensus. The President’s Office said that the ordinance was endorsed as per Article 88 (1) of the Interim Constitution of Nepal 2063 B.S.
