Rabindra Adhikari in Japan

TOKYO: CPN (UML)’s youth leader and former lawmaker Rabindra Adhikari has reached Japan to attend an interaction program at Sinzuku on March 8 to be organized by the UML affiliated Nepal Democratic Forum (NDF) on the occasion of  the International Women’s Day.  Adhikari would express his opinion on UML’s stance regarding the party policy to youths and women to ensure their participation in the state mechanisms.
