Khil Raj assures temporary basis employees for their betterment

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Interim Election Council Khil Raj Regmi has said that the government would address the problems raised by the All Nepal Temporary, Contract and Wage Basis Employees Association after necessary discussions with the Ministries and bodies concerned.

Chairman Regmi received the memorandum submitted by the representatives of the Association at the Office of the Prime Minister, today, and assured that the problems of the temporary, contract and wage basis employees would be settled by consulting with the Minister and officials at the Ministry of General Administration.

The Association had submitted a memorandum with a 13-point demands pointing out various discriminations between the employees working in the government offices, said General Secretary of the Association, Shivaram Regmi.
