Lightning claims two in Gulmi

GULMI: Two persons died and two others were injured by a lightning strike in Gulmi district last night.

Basanti Kauchha, 13, of Hadhade VDC-7 and Abhisekh BK, an 8-month infant of Gaidakot VDC-7 were dead in the incident, Office said.

Similarly, Bijay Ghartimagar of Dhurkot and Manju Pun of Dubichaur VDCs were injured by the lightning.

The injured are being treated at Palpa Mission Hospital, said police.
