New requirement for getting driving license

KATHMANDU: The Department of Transport Management has enforced a new requirement of acquiring driving license with the provision of passing through the trial test in an ‘8’ shape instead of the ‘T’ shape earlier.

Written test as per the new rule also comes into effect from today, officials said. Similarly, motorcyclists and scooter riders too should pass through five blocks.
