Couple buried in landslide in Achham

ACHHAM: A couple was buried by landslide at Chaukhutte of Achham district on Wednesday night. The victims have been identified as 55-year-old Kamar Singh Bogati and his wife Kitthidevi Bogati, 48, of Kadamandu VDC-2, Doti district. The incident took place at 11 p.m. on Wednesday when a landslide fell on their house at Chaukhuttee, police said.

Police teams deputed from Doti and Achham districts retrieved the couple’s bodies this morning, it is learnt.
