‘Blind’ man to scale world’s tallest peak Mt Everest



BAGLUNG: A visually-challenged man from Baglung district  has announced to scale the World’s Highest peak–Mt Everest.

Amit KC, 30, also a teacher in the Baglung district headquarters announced his plan at a press meet in Baglung on Sunday.

Earlier, American blind Erik Weihenmayer had climbed Mt. Everest in May, 2001.

KC will be guided by Pasang Tendi Sherpa in his bid to climb the Everest .
