Two officials including engineer killed in Pyuthan road accident

PYUTHAN: Two officials of the District Development Committee, Rolpa, including an engineer and a technician were killed and two others were critically injured in a road accident this morning.

Engineer Dev Raj Acharya and technician Lok Bahadur Khadka after the accident took place when a rockslide fell on their jeep (Ba 1 Jha 8822) at Lamachaur in Pyuthan district. The injured are Bhuwan Shrestha and driver Subas Bista.

Acharya died on the spot, police said.

The injured are being treated at the District Hospital in Bijuwar.
