Save religious sites, Kamal Thapa urges



KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa has stressed for protection of religious sites for their historical and cultural importance.

Speaking at the concluding ceremony of Gyan Srimadbhagawad Nabaha Mahayagya’ at Sinamangal of Kathmandu Metropolis-9, he said “The Ramayana, the Bhagawad Gita and other religious books have supported the human beings to unite. The religious cultures also support in guiding human beings to move on the right track.”

The organizers said the money collected from the Mahayagya would be used to construct a temple of goddess Gauri and an elderly home
