Poll-opposing parties appeal to int’l community not to assist in CA poll

KATHMANDU: The poll-opposing 33 political parties have urged the international community not to assist in Nepal’s upcoming CA election.

Issuing a press statement today, the agitating parties appealed to the international community not to assist the election process claiming that political consensus was not forged for the election.

The statement issued by CPN-Maoist Secretary Dev Gurung reads that the upcoming CA election announced by the party-less and unconstitutional government cannot give a outlet to the country’s existing problems.
