‘Population a basis for constituency delineation’

JANAKPUR: Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato has said that Constituent Assembly (CA) election should be held in the stipulated time to defeat the anti-republican forces.

Speaking at a press conference today, the former minister also said that the constituencies’ delineation should be carved out based on population, increase number of proportional seats on the basis of percentage.
