Nembang doubts political resolution from round-table conference
KATHMANDU: Chairman of the dissolved Constituent Assembly Subash Nembang has doubted the round-table conference would deliver any political resolution.
Pointing that political leaders lacked seriousness and accountability, he said that none of the conference will render any solution to the ongoing political status quo.
Speaking at a program organized by the parliament secretariat to inaugurate a book that detailed out the task and expenditures of the erstwhile CA, Nembang also expressed doubted the proposed CA elections on November 19.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chair of the CA, Purna Kumari Subedi stressed on the reinstatement of the erstwhile CA for drafting the constitution.
She said reinstating the CA was a popular choice and option to draft the new constitution.
