Community school teachers go on strike
BARA: The Teachers’ Union, Bara has called closure of all the community schools in the district on Friday. The union called the school closure in support of the demand of Nepal Relief Teachers’ Struggle Committee. The union has expressed its solidarity to the committee for fulfilling the appropriate demands of the teachers appointed on relief quota.
The closure of community schools is for creating pressure on the authorities towards addressing the demand, said Bharat Prasad Sah, chairman of the union.
