15 students in six Mustang schools

MUSTANG: It has been revealed that there are 13 teachers and 15 students in six schools in Chhusang VDC of Mustang district, the district beyond the Himalayas.

According to the District Education Office Mustang, there are three teachers and four students in Tangbe Primary School, two teachers and two students in Jananarmal Lower SS, two teachers and one student in Jyoti PS, Tetang, two teachers and two students in Deepjyoti PS, Chaile, two teachers and one student in Araniko PS Dhayakar and two teachers and four students in Samar PS, Samar, as per statistics.

The District Education Office has decided to merge the six schools. The Office has given permission to open a boarding school in the Chhusang Community School.

School headmaster Guru Prasad Sapkota said one Prem Namdul Lama of the district now living in Kathmandu has donated Rs. 500,000 for the same.
