Baidya warns ‘soft-retaliation’ during CA elections

KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Chairman Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ has warned that his party will stage various ‘soft retaliation’ programs during the CA election.

Baidya said that various protest programs will be launched at the village level as part of the party’s strategy to struggle against the second Constituent Assembly elections.

Speaking to journalist in Lamahi, Baidya ruled out talks with the government in the immediate but added that his party is open for talks.
