Prices of Petroleum hiked
Kathmandu, March 14, 2014. Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the prices of petroleum products on today. The government has hiked the prices from the effective on today onwards.
Nepal Oil Corporation has decided to hike the petrol prices by Rs 10 in litre and diesel and kerosene by Rs 6 each a letre. After increased the price, it reaches Rs.1 hundred 35 of petrol and Rs. 109 each a letre of diesel and kerosene. Corporation has informed the government has hiked the price as the price of petroleum hiked in the international market.
As per the corporation, 18 thousands kilo letre of petrol,68 thousand kilo letre of diesel, 3 thousand kilo letre of Kerosene and 10 thousand kilo letre of air fuel and 14 million gas cylinders have been used in Nepal per months.
