Kathmandu, August 4. Visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has performed a special puja at the Pashupatinath Temple on Monday morning.
Monday is a day which the Hindus consider auspicious to offer prayers to the Lord Shiva. Modi offered a special puja for an hour at the temple.
PM Modi was welcomed by the Chairman of Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) and Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Bhim Prasad Acharya and PADT Member Secretary Govinda Tandon.
Similarly, Narendra Modi, has pledged a support of Rs 250 million for broader physical infrastructure development of the Pashupati area.
