Three of a family killed from multiple wasp stings

Myagdi, October 19.  Three members of a family were killed after being stung by wasps at Kaulegauda in Beni Municipality of Myagdi district.

Dal Puri, 55, his wife Shiwa, 55, and son Ashish, 12, died on Saturday night while undergoing treatment at Manipal Teaching Hospital in Pokhara. Police said that they were stung by wasp in the jungle while looking for firewood.

They were referred to Manipal Hospital after primary treatment at Myagdi district hospital.
