PDA of Arun-III pact today

Kathmandu, November 25. The PDA of the Arun-III will be signed on Tuesday on the sidelines of the Saarc Summit in the presence of Prime Minister Sushil Koirala and Indian PM Narendra Modi at the Singhadurbar.

The Cabinet on Monday endorsed the project development agreement (PDA) for the Arun III Hydropower project, paving the way for an agreement between the Investment Board Nepal and the Indian developer Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVNL) on the 900 megawatt plant.
