One killed in bus hit

BIRGUNJ: March 18:  A youth died on the spot when a bus knocked him down at Nitanpur Chowk in Pathalaiya, Birgunj along the East-West highway this morning.

A bus (Na 4 Kha 7090) heading towards Hetauda from Chitwan hit Rajkishor Patel, 25, from Dinparsa Maniyari VDC of Parsa district who was riding bicycle.

According to the Police Office, Parsa, the body of the deceased was taken to Narayani Sub-regional Hospital for postmortem.

Police have taken the bus and its driver under its control.
