2 held with illegal drugs
KATHMANDU, Apr 3: Police have arrested two persons with possession of illegal drugs on Thursday.
Police identfied the suspects as Nirajan Sikrakar (26) and Rakesh Maharjan of Naya Bazaar, KMC-16.
Police said that Sikrakar was held with three ampules of each Diazepam, Bupronorphine and Phenargone while Maharjan was nabbed with 250 gram brownsugar.
Sikrakar during the interrogration told the police that he had bought the contraband drugs from Maharjan.
Based on Sikrakar’s information, police raided a rented room of Maharjan and confiscated brownsugar concealed in plastic.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
