Tractor driver killed in Dhankuta

BHOJPUR: APR 15: A tractor driver died on the spot and a helper sustained critical injuries when a four wheeler met with an accident in Mutidhunga-1 of Dhankuta.

Police identified the deceased as Prakash Darji (22) of Jitpur-3, Dhankuta while the injured has been identified as Jitendra Pariyar (17) of Leguwa-1.

Police said that the incident took place when the tractor (Ko 2 Ta 1330) skidded off the road and fell some 100 metres down at Nigalo along the Siduwa-Yanglabung road section yesterday evening.

Critically injured Pariyar is receiving treatment at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
