Babiyachaur (Myagdi), May 12: Relief worth Rs 2.4 million has been so far distributed to 400 quake survivors in Myagdi district.
Relief materials were distributed to 92 completely damaged households and 300 partially damaged households of 35 VDCs excluding Beni municipality. The completely damaged household each was provided with Rs 10,000 along with a set of relief materials through Red Cross, said the District Natural Disaster Management Committee.
Likewise, Rs 5,000 each was distributed to 300 households suffering partial damages, according to the help desk under the committee.
The relief assistance provided by the committee to the concerned VDC and ward office has been distributed through secretary, informed Myagdi Chief District Officer Tek Bahadur KC. RSS
