Protestors kill police officer taking out of ambulance

Kathmandu, Sept 11: Assistant Sub-Inspector of the Armed Police Force, Thaman Bahadur BK, who was injured after the assaults of protesters, was killed. BK was killed by the cadres of the agitating Madhes-centric parties, pulling out of an ambulance when he was rushed to the hospital.
Protestors stopped the ambulance on the way to Janakpur and took BK out of it and killed. His body was thrown in a field some 150 metres far from the road at Mahottari VDC-8, said Superintendent of the Armed Police Force, Dhirendra Pandey.
ASI BK was severely beaten up by the protesters at Shankar Chowk at 8:30 today. RSS
