Tulsipur, Sept 28: CPN (UML) Vice-chair Yubraj Gyawali has urged the agitating sides not to misinterpret the recently promulgated new constitution.
Talking in a face-to-face programme organized by the Press Chautari, Dang chapter in the district headquarters, Ghorahi, today, leader Gyawali said that the party was making preparations to carry out different programmmes being based in Terai belt to inform the people about the provisions of the new constitution.
He added that the new constitution has a strong provision to provide the rights to Terai people.
Referring to the indirect border blockade from the Indian side, leader Gyawali said the blockade would not last long as foreign communities had paid their serious concern in this regard. RSS
