More patients visit Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital



Saptari, Dec. 21: With the opening of Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital after 26 days of closure, the number of patients in the hospital has increased to receive the services.

The hospital said that most of the patients are children and senior citizens suffering from cold and cold related health problems because of sudden dip in mercury lately.

The hospital administration said that patients of fever, cold and cold diarrhoea top the number of service seekers. It is said that as high as 300 patients are visiting the hospital every day.

Meanwhile, the normal life in Saptari district is affected due to a biting cold following the cold wave for the past some days now.

It is said that normal life in the Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sunsari, Morang and Jhapa districts is also affected with the decrease in the temperature. RSS
