Change boundary if needed for resolve-Leader Nidhi



Pathari (Morang), Dec 24: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bimalendra Nidhi has stressed the urgency of resolving the current problems in Madhes even by altering the demarcation of provinces.
Addressing a programme organized at Belabari of Morang Wednesday to mark the 92nd birth anniversary of NC founding leader and former Prime Minister the late Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, he insisted that the issue of demarcation should be settled even by making two provinces in the Madhes region.
Leader Nidhi said that it is imperative to address he Madhes unrest at the earliest for the implementation of the new constitution. Keeping two provinces in Madhes would also enhance good will and harmony among all ethnic groups, he claimed.
Nidhi also underscored the need of unity among democratic forces to genuinely settle problems of the country.
NC would never forget the immense contributions of its founding leader the late Krishna Prasad Bhattarai who dedicated his entire life for democratic politics.
The former minister also claimed that the solution will come within a couple of days since dialogue between NC and Madhes-centric parties is moving to positive end.
Also speaking on the occasion were President of Nepal Women Association Dila Sangraula, lawmaker Amrit Aryal, Dik Bahadur Limbu and Dilip Gachhadar, among others. RSS
