Kathmandu, Jan 2: The government is preparing to develop a working procedure to channelise foreign aids in an effective way in case of natural disaster.
The decision comes against difficulties surfaced after April 25 earthquake when it came to receiving foreign aids and channelising them in an effective way.
Joint secretary at Home Ministry Rameshwor Dangal said that discussions were being held with experts on making the procedure and that the process would be completed within set time. The procedure is part of the Immediate Reform Action Plan approved by the Council of Ministers on December 10.
