Kathmandu, Jan 2: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index in the last day of this week increased by 15.91 points compared to the first day and hit 1151.38 points.
Transaction of over 3.9 million units of share of various companies worth Rs 1.83 billion this week in NEPSE. The transaction was less by 17.83 per cent compared to the last week.
Likewise, the Sensitive Index, the tool for measuring the transactions of A class companies increased by 3.11 per cent in the last day compared to the starting day of the week and reached 246.54 points. Similarly, Nepal Bank is on the topmost place regarding the transactions amount and Garima Bikash Bank is in the first in view of the number of share units.
