Patan Municipality’s budget for FY 2016/017 is Rs 65.2 million
Baitadi, Jan 9: The Town Council of the Patan Municipality has approved a budget of 65 million 235 thousand and 300 rupees for the Fiscal Year 2016/017.
Executive Officer of the Municipality, Dasrathram Od presented the municipality’s policy, programmes and budget in the Town Council on Friday.
Minister of State for Finance Damodar Bhandari, inaugurating the Second Town Council of the Patan Municipality on Friday, stated that the planned projects of the municipality should be completed on time.
He said the government has announced before this that Patan would be developed into one of the 10 model cities in the country and necessary budget would be arranged for the development of the town including the formulation of a master plan. RSS
