Ramjali’s support to community back home
Babiyachaur (Myagdi), Jan 9: The family of a migrant worker has provided around 500 thousand rupees to the different organisations in their village.
The family of Durga Bahadur Ramjali of Kuhun-4 provided financial assistance of Rs 485,000 to the community school, the local consumer committee, the mothers’ group, and the youth club.
The Ramjali family lives and works in Britain. Ramjali, who had arrived in his home town provided the assistance at a programme organised in his honour at Kunhun on Friday. He expressed the commitment to provide whatever lifelong support he can for the development of his ancestral village. Ramjali is a retired British Gurkha serviceman.
