Incumbent govt. will not fall: Gyawali
Dang, Jan 11: CPN (UML) Vice-Chairman Yubraj Gyawali has said that the incumbent government led by his party would not topple now.
Gyawali said that there was no possibility of the incumbent government of collapsing as rumoured.Stating that some mistakes have occurred in course of running the government, he said that it would not fall as long as the Nepali Congress wishes to do so.
Leader Gyawali said, “The incumbent government will not collapse now. The main opposition party, NC, has not wished this. Madhes-based parties do not have the strength to do so at any cost.”
At a news conference organised here today, he urged all to give suggestion to the government rather than saying that the government could not carry out good works.
Similarly, the CPN (UML) Vice-Chair said that there was no meaning of agitation launched by the Madhes-based parties.
Stating that the people have been facing problem of border blockade as the country depends only on one country for its supplies, leader Gyawali said that trade agreement should be signed with other countries too.
He said that the shortage of petroleum products would be resolved within few days as China has called the Prime Minister for the same.
