Second Bangladesh Trade Fair kicks off from Thursday

The trade fair is being organised with the goal of expanding trade and promoting investment between Nepal and Bangladesh.The trade fair being held by the Embassy of Bangladesh and will feature construction materials, ready-made garments, machineries, handicraft and leather goods, pharmaceutical products, electronic appliances and IT goods. Opportunities for investment in the information technology, hydroelectricity, tourism and service sectors would also be explored in course of the trade fair.

In a press conference organised to provide information about the trade fair here today, Ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal Mashfee Binte Shams said there is a lot of possibility of expansion of trade between Nepal and Bangladesh and the trade fair is being organised with the objective of promoting trilateral trade between Nepal, Bangladesh and the private sector of both countries.
