Bangladesh expo -2016 kicks off

Kathmandu, Jan 21: The ‘Bangladesh Expo- 2016’ kicked off at local Bhrikutimandap Thursday with a view to promoting trade between Nepal and Bangladesh.
Inaugurating the expo, Minister for Commerce Deepak Bohara said the event would help further consolidate the bilateral ties between the two countries, promoting mutual cooperation and expanding bilateral trade in the future too.
Bangladesh’s Ambassador to Nepal Mrs Mashfee Binte Shams expressed her hope that the business expo would help find the market for Nepali products and services in Bangladesh. It was significant in view of exchanging information about latest technology developed in both countries.
Construction materials, readymade garments, plastic products, art items, jute and jute products, leather items, medicines, footwear, cosmetic products, handicrafts, agro products and tool, food items, technology-based services and tourism related goods are available in the expo
