Six injured in wild boar attack
Ratnanagar (Chitwan), Jan 23: Altogether six people sustained injuries when a wild boar attacked them at Jagatpur, the western part of Chitwan on Saturday.
Injured in the incident are Som Bahadur Thing, Rak Kumar Karki, Kamal Gautan, Chin BK, Shiva Bastola and Maniram Darai, according to Chitwan Police.The injured are receiving treatment from Chitwan Medical College.
The wild beast is believed to have run out of the Chitwan National Park.
The wild boar, which was trapped by the locals following the incident, has been set free in the Park today evening.
