Revolving funds in memory of son

Waling, Jan 27: A local has instituted revolving funds in different schools and colleges here in commemoration of his son.
Gopal Dhan Subedi of Waling-4, Byangtung instituted the ‘Jeevan Subedi Memorial Scholarship Revolving Fund’ on the 13th day of the demise of his son.
Principal of Mahendra Higher Secondary School, Jagatbhanjyang and lecturer at Waling Multiple College Subedi set up revolving fund of Rs 50,555 in Bhagwati Primary School, Chiyabhanjyang, Rs 303,333 in Purnabhut Bhawani Higher Secondary School, Waling, Rs 101,111 in Mahendra Higher Secondary School, Jagatbhanjyang, Rs 101,111 in Waling Campus and Rs 15,000 in Radha Madhwab Swami Committee Synagja.
Each year outstanding students will be given away cash awards from the revolving funds. Subedi’s twenty-seven-year-old son Jeewan recently lost his life in Australia.
