HLPM holds discussions on upcoming India Visit of PM Oli



Kathmandu, Jan 31: The meeting of the High Level Political Mechanism formed to coordinate the government activities held discussions about the upcoming India visit of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The meeting held at Singh Durbar this morning discussed contemporary political issues along with the upcoming India visit as well.
The mechanism Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal shared that the meeting introduced discussion schedules to review the government’s performance, ongoing Tarai unrest and border blockade.
Similarly, CPN (UML) senior leader Jhalnath Khanal said that the meeting to be held this afternoon will hold further discussions in this regard.
In the meeting, Ratriya Prajatantra Party leader Pashupati Shamsher Rana opined for holding serious discussions on delineation of provinces as Tarai unrest was not the only problem at present.
Also present on the occasion were UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal (Democratic) chair Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, Rastriya Janamorcha Chair Chitra Bahadur KC, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Chair Narayan Man Bijukchhe among others.
