RPP Nepal forms committee to work unification with RPP
Kathmandu, Feb 1: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal has formed a talks committee convened by its Vice-chair Rajiv Parajuli in order work out unification with the Rastriya Prajatantra Party.
A meeting of the central executive committee on Monday decided to form the committee also including Vice-chair Niranjan Thapa, General Secretaries Dhawal Shumsher Rana and Rajendra Lingden, joint-spokesperson Mohan Shrestha.
The meeting also decided to conduct Hindutwa awareness rallies in all the five development regions within the second week of March, according to Assistant General Secretary Rajaram Shrestha.
On the occasion, Party Chair and Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa accepted that the present government has not been able to perform as per the people’s expectation and shared that it would soon be working to bring about socio-economic transformation for the people.
It may be noted that the RPP has also formed a talks committee convened by its General Secretary Buddhiman Tamang.
