NA’s Ramban Company supports quake victims
Damauli, Feb 10: The Ramban Company of Nepalese Army (NA) based at Byas Municipality-8 in Tanahun district has provided a total of Rs 69.2 million to the families of the earthquake affected NA personnel in Tanahun district.
The Company said that the amount was distributed to the affected families in three different phases.
Accountant of the Company, Prem Bahadur Pandey, shared that so far altogether 1,905 families of the NA personnel were given the assistance amount out of 2,035 families of retired and in-service NA officials.
He added that 130 NA personnel are left to collect the amount which was received from the NA Headquarters.
Chief of the Company, Durga Bahadur Thapa, said that Rs 50,000 each was given to the NA personnel whose houses were destroyed from the ‘Gorkha Earthquake’ and Rs 25,000 for the partial damages.
