Kathmandu, March 27: Nepal is hosting the first ever international women entrepreneur trade fair from April 1 to 21 in the capital.
Information about this was shared at a press meet here today. There will be the participation of 200 women entrepreneurs ranging from those associated with small and middle entrepreneurship from home and abroad to women exporters. The event is being organised commemorating the 106th International Women’s Day with a view to seeking a better market for the products of women entrepreneurs.
The event will showcase 70 stalls relating to handicraft, organic agro products, education materials and food items. The event is expected to witness transactions worth Rs 50 million.
President Bidya Bhandari is scheduled to inaugurate the fair. RSS
