Khapung quits RPP to support Naya Shakti

Kathmandu: Apr 1, 2016: Central committee member of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Mr. Parashuram Khapung has quit the party in order to support to Naya Shakti.

Khapung made this announcement during a press conference at the Reporters’ Club Nepal on Friday. During his press conference, He clarified that he quit the party after the party leadership failed to take the party ahead as per the changed context.

Also the former Minister for Commerce and Supplies, Khapung also said that he would support coordinator of the Naya Shakti Baburam Bhattarai for building a republic, federal and prosperous Nepal.
